Grow from Adversity

Socially and emotionally resilient people not only bounce back from stressful situations; they bounce forward and grow from adversity.

This program focuses on the impact of chronic stress on our minds, bodies and relationships and provides participants with practical tools to increase their level of stress resilience.

Learning Design: Our programs are all based on solid learning objectives and reflect up-to-date research on brain-based strategies for adult learners. Since engagement fosters learning, we incorporate a variety of engaging tools and learning experiences into our workshops and keynotes.
